Hey Everyone!!
I hope we all had a relaxing weekend and snow days. This week we don't have a group assignment that we are turning in together, however we do have to communicate regarding our lesson plans! Each of us have to create a lesson plan on Taskstream that gets our students researching one of the areas that we have on our concept map. Each of our lesson plans have to be on a different topic and the final product of the students (what they do to present the information they learned) has to be different!!
Lets use this post & the comments to discuss which topics we are doing for our lessons!! Let each other know in the comments what subtopic your lesson plan is on and what you are going to have the students do to present their information!

My lesson plan is going to have them researching the Greenhouse Effect. They are going to present the information they learned by creating a visual diagram of how the Greenhouse Effect works, on a poster.

I was thinking about researching the purpose of greenhouses or what kinds of plants are best. I was thinking of having students research and create a presentation with pictures to present to the class.

ReplyDeleteHey guys! I think I'm going to do Structure/Makeup of Greenhouses. I'll talk about the things listed on bullet points on the Concept along with why the greenhouses are built the way that they are. I am going to have the students do a project where they build their own mini greenhouse (cling wrap, popsicle sticks, etc.) in groups of 3-4 and I'll have them also make a list of steps they did to build it!
