This will be the post we will use for the Revised Concept Map! We all got together TODAY to finish and submit our Collaborative Podcast, and even had time to complete next week's concept map assignment.
To recap, we talked about what we've done so far and where we plan to go with the gardening/greenhouse project that we are doing. We decided that we want our students to research, learn, and create a plan to building a big greenhouse (like the one on campus). Following that, the hands-on part of the project will be the students creating their own mini greenhouse out of cups, tape, soil, and a plant seed of some sort to watch it grow. The way we will assess the students will be evaluating their research that they do on the greenhouses and then also having them write an essay (in their own words) about how the cup-greenhouses they made are both similar and different from the normal greenhouses that you see.

Rachel this all looks good!! I think the map accurately shows everything we talked about on Thursday and where we are planning to go with our project!

The map looks good also. I like how we as a group added more details and this will be a good map for us to look at for further detailed lesson plans.
